Requirements:
  • 7+ years relevant professional experience in a SaaS sales role, selling to large enterprises (deals with ACV of $500k+).
  • Experience with P&C Insurance carriers or large banks is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in market-making and territory development.
  • Experience within the Insurance market or tech start-ups is an asset but not strictly required.
  • Must possess technical and commercial acumen, along with strong discovery and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a target-driven environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, confident presentation style, and strong networking skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development and sales efforts for your defined territory.
  • Generate leads through personal effort and collaboration with the SDR and marketing team.
  • Open, qualify, and close deals via direct prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Handle client research, objection handling, customer demos, pricing, and follow-up to close deals.
  • Understand the INSTANDA value proposition and market developments relevant to P&C carriers.
  • Build a deep understanding of challenges faced by P&C carriers and how INSTANDA solutions address them.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
