Lab Infrastructure Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong understanding of IT networking, security, and domain problems.
• Strong identity management background with Okta, Ping, or similar IAM platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with provisioning architecture and HRMS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure for demo environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to integrate new features into demos.
• Craft product storylines and configurations to support Go-to-Market teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues for presales teams.
• Utilize automation tools for efficiency in environment provisioning and management.
• Maintain customer trial environments and provide necessary support.
• Explore integration of Veza tenants with SaaS solutions.
