Responsibilities:

• Review merchants flagged daily through the transaction monitoring system and take appropriate action.
• Conduct complex investigations involving associated accounts.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns of suspicious activities and generate reports.
• Evaluate transaction risks and escalate high-risk cases.
• Assist in maintaining operational procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide advice on risk matters.
