Financial Analyst (Fulfilment)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Shipping, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a fulfilment, supply chain, or logistics role focused on budgeting and cost management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of third-party logistics, e-commerce, or retail fulfilment processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial modelling and cost analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Draft or review purchase orders and maintain records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Review incoming invoices for accuracy and manage records.
• Conduct reconciliations between invoices, POs, and shipments.
• Track shipping costs and report variances.
• Prepare regular reports on invoicing and shipment activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
