• Empathy for educators and passion for early literacy, with prior teaching or district leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Form trusted relationships with district leaders to understand their early literacy needs.
• Develop territory by connecting with regional organizations and decision makers.
• Attend local conferences and stay informed about regional initiatives and funding.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for Classroom Libraries and Take-Home Decodable Packs.
• Utilize sales tools like Hubspot effectively.
• Occasional travel for conferences and school district meetings.
