Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive product management and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management industry.
• People management experience with a passion for developing talent.
• Ability to drive complex processes and collaborate at various organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Passionate about data and analytics to improve business performance.
• BS in computer science, engineering or relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive the execution rhythm and deliver products, services, and features to market.
• Conduct research and engage with customers and partners to identify market opportunities.
• Build a strong and diverse Product Management team.
• Collaborate with leadership on partner and buy opportunities.
• Build working relationships across Keeper to improve customer experience.
• Author product documentation and other content.
• Measure product performance against business goals and competitive landscape.
