Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing the sales process in the foodservice and beverage industry.
  • Exceptional experience in marketing and sales of beverage and foodservice equipment.
  • Knowledge of finance, operations, logistics, and human resources.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and engaging training sessions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.
  • Highly energetic, motivated, and assertive with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and nurture relationships to leverage them for winning new business.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, fostering cross-functional relationships within MFT.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, and implement growth strategies for each assigned segment.
  • Regularly meet with various stakeholders to develop and expand business relationships.
  • Analyze account performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjust account strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and track progress toward revenue targets, providing regular reports to management.
  • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to key internal teams.
  • Deliver commercial support for new product development, launches, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
