Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service call center required.
• 1+ years experience working in a healthcare setting (i.e. hospital, medical/dental office, nursing facilities, etc.) preferred.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Must be open to working night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Make high volume outbound telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner to patients.
• Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed.
