Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8 years of relevant professional experience with a Master’s Degree.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience on federal contracts, especially with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Highly experienced in gathering and analyzing data to solve complex problems and produce finished reports.
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects from inception through completion.
  • Supervise multi-faceted research and technical support to projects and programs.
  • Develop and monitor project tasks and schedules.
  • Manage the work efforts of large project teams, including Process Improvement Specialists at level 1 and 2.
  • Perform with a moderate degree of latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions.
