Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in producing written communications for USAID activities.
• Strong writing and editing skills in US English and familiarity with AP style.
• Experience with USAID branding and style guide applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Experience providing training on report development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager to create production plans for reports.
• Draft and edit technical narratives according to USAID guidelines.
• Oversee the entire report preparation process including identifying success stories.
• Ensure reports meet USAID style and formatting requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on report writing.
