Requirements:

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with recruitment in Mexico and Canada/US is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and social media platforms.
• Build and nurture pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and scheduling.
• Amplify employer brand through engaging job posts and targeted campaigns.
• Stay informed on market trends and deliver insights to influence hiring strategies.
• Act as an ambassador of company culture, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
