Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Managing/Director/VP role in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing Strategic and Large Enterprise Account Executives/Managers.
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing customer base.
  • Demonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth business environment.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure deals.
  • Strong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving team.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with executives at Global 2000 companies.
  • Contribution to a GTM transition and/or new product introduction.
  • Enterprise Sales experience with mid six-figure ACV & 6 month+ sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships within the West Coast region.
  • Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environment.
  • Engage effectively with executives at Global 2000 companies.
