Requirements:

• Experience hiring, leading and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
• Management of a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants is preferred.
• A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on coaching of your team to build a customer-first sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
• Coaching on efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos.
• Spend time in the field to empower the team and manage outreach.
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting forecasting, analyzing conversion rates, and account activity metrics.
• Responsible for the new business targets and expanding customer base.
• Partner with internal teams across product, customer success, and implementation.
