Payroll Analyst

Requirements:

• Knowledge of payroll concepts and regulations in the US and Canada
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Understanding of payroll tax implications
• Capability to work independently and manage workload
• Knowledge of Workday, SAP, ADP, and Dayforce is advantageous
• Expert knowledge of Excel and MS Office products
• 3+ years of payroll processing and reporting experience
• Expert knowledge of reconciliation preparation
• Extensive knowledge of large HCM/Payroll SaaS systems
• Prior experience with multi-country payroll processes

Responsibilities:

• Develop automated audits across multiple systems
• Test and validate payroll system updates
• Support payroll with data templates and audits
• Monitor and resolve incoming integration errors
• Liaise with People Technology for integration issues
• Respond to employee inquiries via Nexus case management
• Support financial and SOX audit requests
• Provide corporate tax and accounting reporting
