Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC application development.
• 3+ years Java development experience with strong object-oriented skills.
• Expertise beyond the Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) level; Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, DCO, integrations (REST/SOAP), and PRPC implementation cycles.
• Proven experience designing and developing process-based solutions and working with Pega rules and features.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software using the Pega platform for a large-scale IT system and deliver solutions within sprint timelines as part of an Agile team.
• Complete Pega development tasks, engage in Epic, Story, and Task elaboration for optimal product delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and design standards.
• Guide junior developers through training, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Support continuous integration through code/scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Test and monitor application performance using Pega's tools.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and 508 accessibility requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to present solutions and gather feedback.
• Integrate databases and services to streamline processes.
