Requirements:

• Active license to deliver clinical care (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LCPC, PhD/PsyD) in Arizona.
• Experience working in or around Arizona school systems.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting.
• Commitment to serving communities traditionally overlooked in healthcare.
• Passion for tackling the youth mental health crisis.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with and deliver an outstanding experience for Arizona school district leadership, school staff, and families.
• Work closely with the Arizona Department of Education to align services with statewide goals.
• Launch and maintain school district partnerships, promote trust in Cartwheel through regular communication.
• Deliver clinical guidance and coaching to school staff as required.
• Provide strategic insights on districts owned, including strengths and opportunities.
• Share feedback on care models and support collaboration with the clinical team.
• Flexibly travel to districts needing targeted support.
