Requirements:

• Licensed Aesthetic Provider (NP, PA, MD) with expertise in neuromodulator treatments.
• Experienced in injectable aesthetics and advanced facial anatomy.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or mentoring aesthetic providers.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• 2+ years in aesthetic medicine with an average dose of 48 units per patient.
• Availability to travel for training support.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate hands-on neuromodulator training sessions on facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance providers' skills in neuromodulator treatments.
• Enforce safety protocols and clinical guidelines for neuromodulator applications.
• Develop and standardize training resources reflecting advancements in neuromodulator techniques.
• Monitor provider performance and patient outcomes to identify skill gaps.
• Act as the primary expert for neuromodulator inquiries and recent advancements.
• Promote a patient-centered approach during training and mentoring.
