Requirements:

• College degree with strong academic credentials.
• 2+ years of AML experience or related FinTech or financial services experience.
• Hardworking, driven, with strong time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail.
• Crypto experience and ACAMS or similar certification are a plus.
• Experience with MSBs, securities broker-dealers, or commodities futures commission merchants is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform client due diligence and KYB/C screening on existing customers.
• Guide internal business units in gathering updated KYB/C packages and audit requests.
• Review and process watch list filtering and negative news alerts.
• Conduct research to reverify entity and beneficial owners.
• Identify potential KYB/C or payments concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain reference databases with completed records.
• Conduct audits of partner customers for inconsistencies.
• Respond to requests for KYB/C documentation.
• Identify areas for improved processing and automation of manual processes.
