Requirements:

• >8 years of experience in quality control, validation, and manufacturing.
• Proficient in problem-solving, analytical skills, and teamwork.
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical GxP environment, preferably in environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of LIMS, Word, Excel, Power Point, and statistical tools.
• BSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the regional critical utilities and systems monitoring team.
• Analyze monitoring data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review reports for clarity and alignment with standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Develop team skills and initiate operational efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with regional hub leadership for effective communication.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams for reporting improvements.
• Implement training programs for monitoring procedures.
• Evaluate resource allocation for effective project management.
• Serve as a point of contact during inspections and audits.
