Requirements:

• A strategic leader with 8–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or organizational management.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that align with mission-driven goals.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
• Outstanding relationship management skills with experience engaging with boards and external partners.
• Proficient in analyzing data and using KPIs for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, operationalize, and refine the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with Leading Educators’ mission and long-term goals.
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and drive consistency.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the board of directors and build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Lead organization-wide change initiatives and cultivate a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee internal communication strategies to promote transparency and alignment.
