Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Independent Mental Health Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
• Board certification required for clinical supervision.
• Five years of experience in supervising or management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and oversight of daily operations of all outpatient clinical services.
• Evaluate standards of quality and service, ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise staff and support clinical decision-making.
• Oversee patient services including therapy and case management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address systemic needs.
• Document patient activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor clinical programming and reporting of performance metrics.
• Onboard and train new clinical staff.
