Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software product positions in technology, healthcare, retail, or fintech; B2B2C SaaS experience is a plus.
• Experience with Knowledge Discovery in Data (KDD) tools, SQL, MS Excel, and Looker Studio; Google Big Query and Google Cloud Platforms experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and create clarity from ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving skills for new challenges.
• Experience in product and/or business analytics roles; familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to building a diverse and collaborative culture.
• Passion for or experience in addressing health inequities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain an internal analytics solution to support operational improvements.
• Conduct internal and external research for solution definition.
• Gain cross-functional alignment on solution development.
• Write user stories and define user interfaces.
• Define requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria for features.
• Manage the solution lifecycle and backlog based on customer needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and key stakeholder for customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver solutions in an Agile manner.
• Assist with solution rollout tasks, testing, and analytics functions.
• Oversee communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
