Manager, Merchants & Payments (Assortment Management)

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in data-heavy roles.
• Comfort with integrating large data sets into proprietary systems.
• Experience with SQL or similar solutions is a must.
• Familiarity with merchant assortment catalogs and other retailer technologies is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with JIRA and Looker Studio for data insights and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines.
• Commitment to building a diverse and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day management of our item taxonomy system.
• Ensure that item assortment files from integrated merchant partners are consistently mapped to specific levels.
• Write query-based rules for assigning items to item family groupings.
• Intake and manage change requests for taxonomy updates.
• Support Merchant Integrations team with retailer onboarding.
• Collect and maintain data sets for training machine learning models.
• Act as a liaison among various teams to ensure comprehensive communication of projects.
