• 5 years+ experience in Talent Acquisition, hiring for a mix of tech and business roles.
• Experience actively sourcing for tech roles.
• Established network in the local tech scene in or near Wroclaw, Poland.
• Experience hiring across different countries.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• High commitment to quality hire and candidate experience.
• Strong opinions on TA topics and eagerness to stay updated.
• Proficient in modern workplace tools (Google Suite, Slack, HiBob, JIRA) and a sophisticated ATS user (Greenhouse).
• Desire for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Help build powerful teams focused on tech roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from A-Z.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to specify role requirements.
• Create strategies to source and attract candidates.
• Manage application progress with an automated workflow.
• Conduct screening interviews and manage candidate engagement.
• Ensure prompt decision-making.
• Create and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Collaborate with the TA team and People Ops for process improvement.
