• 2-5 years of experience at a strategy/management consulting firm, investment bank, health plan, or high-growth startup.
• Healthcare or technology experience preferred.
• Expert in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of statistics and proficiency in Python/R for data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage technical skills in SQL to manipulate and analyze data.
• Design and execute A/B tests and statistical analyses to assess performance.
• Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies.
