Healthcare Data Analyst

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in value-based care analytics, preferably in risk adjustment.
• Strong proficiency with data sets, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Suite applications (MS Access).
• Understanding of relational databases and experience with database tools.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power BI or similar applications, SQL, R, PySpark, and Azure Synapse preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex business-related data sets.
• Direct experience with risk adjustment (CMS HCC) metrics.
• Experience pulling data from disparate platforms for unified business insights.
• Experience in Salesforce.com CRM preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, interpret, and use internal and public data to inform actions for corporate growth.
• Convert data to business intelligence and present effectively.
• Engage in provider value-based care interactions with prospects and existing clients.
• Refresh and distribute core analytics for meetings and workgroups.
• Contribute to data-driven client solution design and development.
• Analyze public value-based care data to support performance.
• Complete geo mapping to identify prospective clients.
• Evaluate member overlap between organizations as needed.
• Prepare and initiate Campaign load data for Salesforce.
