Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of information technology leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and administration, including cloud-based services.
• In-depth knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and operating systems.
• Strong understanding of system security and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT team, assess organizational needs, and collaborate with various departments.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement of IT systems and virtual office infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT procedures for software installation, cybersecurity, and system updates.
• Manage vendor relations and procurement for IT equipment and software.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies and review security protocols.
• Provide internal IT support and staff training on technology usage.
