Requirements:

• Ability to lead Intake meetings with various teams.
• Proficient in writing User Stories.
• Clear articulation of Business and User needs.
• Capability to document requirements and use cases.
• Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA for managing dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams.
• Document the results and action items from Intake meetings.
• Attend and represent product needs during estimation with IT.
• Log all Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations teams.
• Track the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery.
• Assist in measuring the outcomes of the Intake process.
• Facilitate prioritization meetings across all stakeholders.
• Manage relevant dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Write User Stories and articulate the Business and User needs.
• Document requirements and use cases clearly.
