Requirements:

• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher required).
• Have previously taken the MCAT, with a required baseline score of 121+.
• 1-2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired.
• Ability to provide comprehensive MCAT Test preparation for all sections.
• Possess superior attention to detail and high multitasking ability.
• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam.
• Tailor an MCAT curriculum to meet each student's needs.
• Track and analyze student progress to ensure effective preparation.
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress.
• Keep students’ families informed about their progress.
• Demonstrate passion for education and serve as an expert thought leader.
