Requirements:

• BA/BS and 5+ years experience (7+ for Senior Analyst) or graduate degree and 3+ years experience (5+ for Senior Analyst) in health economics or related fields.
• Experience in management consulting, development agencies, or international NGOs, preferably in low- or middle-income countries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; statistical analysis packages such as R or STATA are an asset.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of immunization costing studies and related assessments.
• Lead analyses on health expenditure and resource allocation.
• Support health financing mechanisms and ministries of health in developing strategies.
• Produce high-quality written reports and presentations.
• Conduct literature reviews and present findings.
• Create graphics and visualizations of data.
• Draft donor reports and represent ThinkWell with external partners.
