Lead Copywriter

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in copywriting and brand strategy, preferably in CPG and wellness.
• Demonstrable creativity and innovation with knowledge of DTC, email, and social media.
• Ability to influence strategic ideas and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma; proficient in Google Suite.
• Passion for wellness and herbal medicine.

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the Creative Director and leadership, support writing key strategic messaging for campaigns.
• Lead narrative and ensure brand voice consistency across channels.
• Manage product naming strategy and compliant packaging copy.
• Write/edit email, SMS, social media campaigns, and education content.
• Create product & brand messaging documents for launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and mentor junior team members.
