Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer technology or related field preferred.
• Diploma of Advertising or Marketing.
• 10 years of Sales experience with 3-5 years management experience.
• Strong reputation and relationships in market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to generate revenue and provide accurate reporting.
• Sound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and Out of Home landscape in Germany.
• Experience with a CRM system.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize the Hivestack brand in market, highlighting solutions and capabilities.
• Develop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and execute effectively.
• Prospect, source, and close opportunities with demand-side partners.
• Identify growth opportunities for larger partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with client organizations.
• Conduct meetings with client decision-makers.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Utilize sales tools for accurate forecasting.
• Provide market feedback to shape future company needs.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon revenue goals.
• Travel when necessary.
