Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, and/or business development roles within custom manufacturing.
• Strong network of relationships with custom mechanical manufacturers in the United States.
• Minimum BS degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or business administration; MBA preferred.
• Experience with contract negotiation and managing supply chains for export-controlled technologies preferred.
• Experience with M&A of manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the roadmap and priorities for sourcing custom mechanical parts.
• Collaborate with General Manager to evaluate capacity needs for customer demands.
• Source and develop manufacturing capacity both contracted and owned.
• Manage relationships with key manufacturing partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects to expand service catalog and capacity.
