Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in human resources, operations, or similar role.
• Ability to handle senior management interactions and sensitive matters with confidentiality.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in a startup or dynamic environment, preferably in a media organization.
• Preferred: Experience in digital media, production, and proficiency with scriptwriting software.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
• Book travel and accommodations as needed.
• Prepare meeting materials and resources.
• Take and distribute clear and actionable meeting notes.
• Maintain office calendar and manage workflow spreadsheets.
• Facilitate flow of information between senior personnel.
• Coordinate and manage special projects.
• Organize content pitches and manage transcripts for video footage.
