Requirements:

• Substantial technical experience, which can come from disciplines like testing, software development, system integration, SRE, monitoring, observability, or operations.
• Effective communication skills with patience when interacting with people of varied experience levels.
• Collaborative mindset that thrives in a culture of learning and sharing.
• A background in a technical field, such as a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Technical writing skills demonstrated through past written work.
• Presentation skills based on past speaking experiences.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Creating technical content to educate and empower developers & SREs, including sample applications, presentations, blog posts, and other materials.
• Acting as an ally and colleague of external practitioners who are getting started.
• Building relationships with people across the community to support & inspire.
• Providing feedback on our products to improve the feedback loop between what users need and what Grafana delivers.
