Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in channel management, business development, or sales, focused on self-insured employers, brokers, or benefits consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of the self-funded insurance market and healthcare cost containment strategies.
  • Established relationships with brokers, TPAs, and large self-insured employers.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot) and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with healthcare analytics or tele-health solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in self-funded insurance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with brokers, benefits consultants, and self-insured employers.
  • Leverage existing networks to establish strong partnerships quickly, focusing on high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts, ensuring alignment with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and implement business plans with partners to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to partners for effective positioning and selling of solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partner needs, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about trends in self-funded insurance, benefits design, and healthcare cost management.
  • Monitor partner performance against established KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
