• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Expertise in content and email marketing with data-driven results.
• Experience with Pendo or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of software product organizations.
• Strong grasp of B2B sales methodologies and support practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional communication.
• Passion for B2B SaaS and understanding customer challenges.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and channel teams to understand needs and knowledge gaps.
• Craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
• Test different marketing channels and messaging strategies.
• Create sales enablement materials.
• Advocate for customers by understanding their pain points.
• Drive alignment throughout the go-to-market process.
• Leverage customer journey points for awareness of upsell products and create training materials.
• Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics.
