Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinking and basic judgment/decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training and develops skills for investigating and resolving claims.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and damages.
• Establishes accurate claim reserves and determines settlement amounts.
• Negotiates claim settlements and writes complex correspondence.
• Maintains compliance with quality standards and state regulations.
• Provides excellent customer service and manages file inventory.
