Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on LWC and Apex.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LWC lifecycle methods, data binding, event handling, and responsive UI components.
• Strong expertise in Apex development, including triggers, batch jobs, and complex business logic.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration best practices.
• Familiarity with security models and performance optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of pod leads responsible for individual developers' work quality.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and maintaining complex solutions focused on LWC and Apex.
• Conduct code reviews, set quality expectations, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Oversee integrations with external APIs and applications for smooth data flow.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance in all solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and meet business requirements.
• Promote clear documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
