Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building experiences and improving engagement, retention, and Net Promoter Score.
• Comfortable with data analysis using tools like Quicksight, Tableau, SQL.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with accountability and ownership of initiatives.
• Passion for customer needs and ability to work with UX teams to create effective user journeys.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Office for requirement communication.
• Strong relationship-building skills to influence internal and external teams.
• Engineering competence to collaborate with engineers on technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set product strategy, identifying and introducing new products and services to GoDaddy Commerce portfolio.
• Prioritize and work with multiple teams across software engineering, product management, legal, finance, and core commerce.
• Manage reporting to supervise progress, handle user problems, and drive the organization toward goals.
• Establish operational rhythms to partner with support, sales, and product teams for input on product decisions.
