Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience coordinating and managing large-scale events.
• Ability to gather information effectively through interviews and research.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and experience in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all logistical aspects of chapter-level events for Blue Star Families.
• Implement standard and best practices across chapters for event execution.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and external teams for high-profile events.
• Create and manage invitation lists and develop stewardship engagement plans.
• Maintain meticulous database management for events ranging from 10 to 1,000 attendees.
