Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales or business development with orthodontic, pediatric dentist, oral surgeon, or general dentist clients.
• Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with specialty dentists.
• Interest in learning financial considerations and deal structuring.

Responsibilities:

• Achievement of core activity and performance KPIs including owner meetings and closed deal volume targets.
• Prospecting and networking to connect with owners of target practices.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with practice owners and educate them on Rock Dental's value proposition.
• Build interest in partnerships with Rock Dental and present partnership offers.
• Attend industry conferences and tradeshows; 50% travel required.
