Requirements:

• 4+ years of UX writing experience for web and native products.
• BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio of strategic thought across consumer experiences.
• Fluency in writing skills and a strong interest in user research.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Advocate for content-first design.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with PMs, designers, researchers, and engineers at all stages of the product development process.
• Contribute expertise to product strategy and vision.
• Shape product experiences through content hierarchy, usability principles, and accessibility.
• Write clear, consistent, and engaging human UX content.
• Create user flows, communications, test prototypes, and research questions.
• Participate in design sprints and advance brand voice across products.
