Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or relevant sales role within SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage sales pipeline using Salesforce, including keeping quotes, notes, close dates, and stages up to date.
  • Partner with services teams to ensure opportunities are properly scoped and documented.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demos accurately and confidently.
  • Understand prospective customers' needs and articulate how Fluxx's solutions provide value.
  • Maintain accurate business revenue forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Connect with key Customer executives and stakeholders.
