Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in compliance-related functions, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong technical expertise in backup solutions, monitoring systems, and patch management.
• Familiarity with Essential Eight standards and their practical application.
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills to guide a technical team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of backup technologies, particularly Veeam.
• Proficient knowledge of infrastructure relating to backups.
• Familiarity with ITIL Change Management processes.
• Strong understanding of RTO and RPO concepts.
• Veeam, VmWare, Microsoft or backup vendor Certifications.
• Proficiency in utilizing ConnectWise for time tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and maintenance of backup solutions.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of monitoring systems.
• Develop and enforce patching procedures aligned with Essential Eight standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on compliance-related technologies.
• Lead and manage a compliance-focused team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Monitor SOC and SIEM systems for potential threats.
• Design and manage phishing simulation campaigns to improve cybersecurity awareness.
• Participate in vulnerability management to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
