Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in tech startups, management consulting, or investment banking, including multiple years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills including advanced modeling.
• Polished communicator who can distill complex strategy into a crisp narrative.
• Expert at strategy and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Detail oriented and held to a high standard.
• Ability to lead and execute tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executive meetings, agenda setting, project execution, and preparing strategic updates for leadership.
• Act as a thought partner to the President of Datavant’s LSEPS business, supporting vision alignment, external meetings, and ad hoc initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional deliverables, translating priorities into actionable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Monitor business metrics, track goals, and align company performance with strategic initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights through data synthesis, financial modeling, and market analysis to support decision-making.
