Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical problem solving and operational rigor, preferably from strategic management consulting or Business Operations roles.
  • Experience designing and owning critical business processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leaders in sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to conduct complex analyses and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with product and automation solutions, experience with Salesforce and related tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and implement foundations for various 0-1 initiatives within the Revenue Operations function.
  • Drive the build, execution, monitoring, & ongoing improvement of the quota close process for both sales and customer success.
  • Evaluate areas of improvement across the entire sales funnel, leveraging automation and tooling for increased efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts with other revenue operations pillars and growth functions to achieve team OKRs.
