Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations, legal, auditing, consulting, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of privacy laws, payer requirements, and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Extensive understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain crucial components of the compliance program, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to the risk management strategic plan.
• Drive implementation and ongoing regulatory compliance for Medicaid and Medicare.
• Provide technical and regulatory guidance to all departments on compliance matters.
• Drive cross functional communication across the company to ensure compliance.
• Provide regular compliance reports on operation, efficacy, and progress of compliance efforts.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the company.
• Implement and maintain compliance with Medicare and Medicaid Regulations.
