Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in data entries & analytics.
• Ability to identify data issues, troubleshoot, and resolve independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Passion for data governance and analysis.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented approach with good documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and create structure where needed.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about data integrity.
• Familiarity with Traackr, Salesforce, Monday.com, and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure new campaigns have proper data requirements documented before going live.
• Monitor published content for compliance with FTC and brand guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance on campaign content within the influencer management platform.
• Track influencer costs for campaigns in the management platform.
• Verify that all Year-To-Date campaigns have accurate information in the platform.
• Conduct end-of-month spend reconciliation between internal brand systems and the platform.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
