Requirements:

• 5+ years working in People (HR) with at least 2+ years in a People Partner (HRBP) role.
• Experience in supporting cross-geographical initiatives and localization strategies.
• Proven advisor on performance and compensation cycles.
• Expertise in Talent Management and enforcing global standards.
• Experience with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong stakeholder support.
• Experience with offboarding processes on a global scale.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to people-related initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with People Partners to deliver HR solutions that meet business needs.
• Work closely with managers in G&A for talent management in a remote global environment.
• Provide administrative support for global mobility processes.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions on relevant topics.
• Collaborate on Employee Relations, HR policies, talent planning, and performance management.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily activities.
